Well the final event in Kent for 2014 marking the end of another time trial season.
41 riders turned up on a cool, bright and crisp morning ready to do battle on the challenging Q15/20R course that involves the obligatory ascent of the hill at Harrietsham.
The conditions were a transformation from last year’s event that was run in torrential rain.
TRC had a good turnout for this impeccably organised VTTA event – thanks go to Bob Burden and his team.
Overall comments were that it was a good day, but with mixed results for the TRC team
The course record was smashed by Kevin Tye (Velo Refined Aerosmiths) who recorded 31:00 knocking 35 seconds on his previous record.
