43 riders turned out this afternoon for the Thanet Road Club two up team time trial on the 10 mile course around Fowlmead Country Park.
Conditions were somewhat improved from Wednesday with temperature around 9°C and only a slight breeze.
We had a mixture of family teams, composite teams, junior and interclub teams and solo riders.
Some were on their first outing of the 2015 season and special mention to Toby and Barnaby Wollon who were completing in their first TT.
It was great to see such a diverse field out on a Good Friday afternoon.
The overall winning team was Mark Whittaker (GS Invicta) and Dave Williams (Bottecchia UK) with a 21:57.
First TRC team home was father and son team of Lawrence and Dan Martin with a 24:46.
First Junior team home was David Redmond and Sam Johnson with a 25:55
