For the next few weeks (starting this Sunday 16th September), I will be running a women’s only group as part of the club run. We will be riding the normal club run 40ish mile route at a steady pace, with a strict no-drop policy – no one will be left behind!
We will aim to ride at around 15 mph average and stop for coffee and cake (obviously!)
I would love to see some of you who raced the evening time trials join us on the road.
Of course, women are always welcome to join any of the club run groups every Sunday, and several do!
