This week, we had a smaller field of just 36 riders in total as a number of regulars were away on holiday. We had 6 juniors and 30 seniors who enjoyed one of the less windy evenings that don’t come along that often at Fowlmead.
Fastest junior was Olly Dickson, who recorded 23.36, exactly the same time he did last week. Fastest senior rider was ex Thanet RC member Jason McGowan with 21.31, 2 seconds better than his previous time from last week. Second and fastest Thanet RC rider was Simon Henderson with 22.21. It was good to see a number of first time riders having a go, including Mel Webb, Simon Foster and Toby Woollon. Times can be found in the attachments.
