British Cycling South East Annual General Meeting

Further to our email in August calling for Agenda items, please see below for the link to download the final Agenda with nominations and proposals.

The AGM will take place on Monday the 14th of September 2020 starting at 7.30pm via Zoom conference call.

DOWNLOAD FINAL AGENDA AND PAPERWORK

To facilitate the virtual meeting on Monday 14th of September, we ask that all who plan to attend fill out a Google Form indicating their intention via the link below. The deadline to register to attend is 10pm on Saturday 12th of September to give regional officials enough time to verify club and British Cycling membership. If you have already registered to attend, you will receive an email next week with details of how to confirm your attendance and log into the meeting.

The number of attending representatives of each affiliated club/team/organisation is unlimited, but the number of voting representatives is set by the number of BC members in the club. The Regional Secretary will advise if exceed your club’s permitted attendance.
