Good start to on road road race season for Thanet RC at the SERLL event on the woodchurch-tenterden course. 4 Thanet RC RT took part in the 80km race. A group of 5 riders got away early and eventually finished 4 mins up on the peleton where all TRC were. Ollie Robinson tried bridging gap early on and won the sprint for 6th. Dan Martin rode a strong race attempting a breakaway finishing 11th. Team manager Rob Milnes came in 17th keeping in the main group and third TRC junior rider Toby Hammond got blocked in the final sprint to again finish safely in the group. Well done everyone on their first road race.
