It was another high turnout for the latest evening 10 mile time trial at Fowlmead. A total of 67 riders signed onto ride, which is a record for an evening “10”!. Conditions were reasonable with lightish winds and the temperature was not too cold, but it did cool off once the sun dropped lower.

There were 11 junior riders taking part, and top spot went to Ollie Robinson with 24.13, while Calum Anderton had bad luck on his birthday, picking up 2 punctures.

Regarding the 56 senior riders, Simon Henderson was fastest with 22.04. There was also a trio of Adalta riders doing a 3-up. Messrs McVey, Wood and Hurford recorded a time of 22.38. Times are in the attached documents.

The club and the riders would like to extend a big thank you to all those who were scheduled to help as part of the help and ride scheme and everyone else who turned up and volunteered. Thanks to Dave Mastin, Andy McCall, Keith Allen, Rob Edmondson, Teresa Childs, Annie Davies and Ken Sheppard.
