Several club members started the new year by making the trip out to Bethersden to ride the Southborough 10 mile time trial. This is held annually on the Bethersden to Ashford road (A28). Conditions were cold, with a light frost on cars, but fortunately the puddles were ice-free and there was no frost on the roads. Wind was fairly light from the south east, giving riders help on the return leg.

Andy Burrows (celebrating his birthday?!) – 29.10.
Chris Bax (2nd Cl.) – 27.09
Dave Mastin – 27.41
Andy McCall – 29.37.
Fastest ride was by Chris McNamara (NUUN Sigma Sport) with 21.30.
