The annual one hour time trial at Betteshanger CP was blessed with some decent weather, with a sunny day and an easterly breeze.

For those of you unfamiliar with this event, the onus is put onto the rider to ride for an hour using their own computer, recording the distance covered in 60 minutes.

Greatest distance covered was by Chris Fennell, who did 30.2 miles, and Charmaine Pullen of Adalta CC went the furthest of the women riders with 23.6 miles. Nicola Goodban was close behind with 23.4 miles. George Bussey rode 22.93 miles to be the first junior, and there was a 2-up team of Jo Smith and Rob Milnes who managed 25 miles.

Two of the riders even chose to use three wheeled machines, Terry Fearn on his trike and Roger Dewen on a recumbent.

Please see the attached PDF file for all distances ridden.
