The club’s winter turbo and roller session start again on Wednesday 9th January at 6:30pm at the Manston Village Hall, Preston Road, Manston, CT12 5BA. It is worth considering trying out the sessions, especially as the winter weather is now with us, and the racing season will be soon be here.
The sessions last about one hour, and the hall will be open from 6:00pm to allow riders to set up their kit.
You will need the following:-
A bike,
Turbo trainer (basic model will be OK) or rollers, depending what you wish to ride, A mat or similar to place beneath the turbo/rollers to protect the flooring, A towel,
A drink,
A computer, heart rate monitor and/or power meter can be useful but not essential.
Cost is £2 for juniors and £4 for seniors. I look forward to seeing you.
