I am very sorry but it seems as though the annual mailing has incurred additional postage charges in some cases.
I spent a couple of days last week administering mailing of some 200 envelopes to you all. All the packages were within the weight limit but I missed the fact that the pin badge made them marginally too thick for a standard letter. If your receive a note about an item requiring additional postage costs, then it could be the TRC rule book and badges. I hope that the costs do not exceed £1.50.
I regret any inconvenience caused.
