Our Thanet boys have been doing us proud in the BUCS national 10 mile time trial at Oxford today. Seb Dickson posted an outstanding 19.29 to win the championship. Dan Martin riding his first ever BUCS race recorded a PB of 21.10 giving him approximately 25th place in a field of 150. Well done boys.

Meanwhile in Belgium Ollie Robinson produced his best results of the season with a fine 6th place in the 119km G.P. TOMBROEK ROLLEGEM in field of 140 riders. Ollie got in a breakaway group of 4 but got caught with a few Kms to go but was determined to place well so stayed to the front and finished with a fine sprint. Results in link below.

Finally a full day of racing at Lee Valley road circuit saw 4 of our youth riders performing. Max Robinson gained a fine 3rd place in large field of Under 10 riders. Lance Childs continued to show his strong form staying towards the front of a large peleton in the under 14 race but unfortunately got caught in a crash with 3 laps to go (rider rode into lance but he is all ok) Joshua Chivilo and George Pittock in the under 16 race both produced good rides. George was in the front of the sprint but got delayed by a swerving rider to finish 20th and Joshua again riding strongly again had his sprint compromised by other riders to finish 22nd. Well done to all
