The best Grass Track National 800m field in several years! So so pleased to defend my title for the 5th year in a row! Such a good race with some amazingly talented young women, so I’m really happy to hang on to the title for another year!
Well done to Sian for 2nd, Tilly for 3rd and Shell for 4th!
Time to recover a little before my second National Championship of the weekend at the Masters Road Race Champs in Lancashire tomorrow!
